Schedule

• 10:00 AM — Doors open, team formation, problem statements revealed
• 10:30 AM — Hacking begins
• 12:30 PM — Lunch provided
• 1:00 PM — Continue building
• 5:00 PM — Code freeze
• 5:30 PM — Team presentations (5 min each)
• 7:00 PM — Judging and awards
• 8:00 PM — Wrap up

Format

• Teams of 2-5 people (form your own or join one at the event)
• Problem statements focus on real healthcare pain points
• Build with any stack — the goal is a working prototype
• Judges evaluate on impact, feasibility, and technical execution
